Get Ready for an Epic FREE Learn to Skate Workshop at Bella Vista Pocket Park!
Thanks to Landcom, we’re bringing a Pop-Up Skate Spot to Bella Vista Pocket Park! This is no ordinary event—get ready to shred on real ramps, get hands-on mentoring from professionals, and meet new skate buddies. Whether you're brand new to skating or looking to level up your skills, we've got something for everyone aged 6 and up!
THIS WEEKEND – Landcom x Totem Skate Passport! Every participant will receive their very own Skate Passport—a fun way to track the tricks you’ve learnt and set goals for your next session. Each passport comes with a custom Landcom x Totem Skate stamp, marking your achievements and helping you see your progress over time. It’s 100% free, one per participant, and even covers last-minute drop-ins so nobody misses out!
With ramps, rails, and a supportive skate community, this day will be full of excitement, new skills, and plenty of fun! Come for the skating, stay for the action.
Event Schedule: Please book for 1 class only to ensure the best experience for everyone!
9:00 am: OPEN EVENT - The pop-up skate park is officially open! Come check out all the ramps, rails, and obstacles set up just for YOU! It’s time to explore, meet the team, and get stoked for the day!
9:00 am - 9:15 am: Beginner Class #1 Registration: Sign up for the first class and get ready to ride!
9:15 am - 10:15 am: Beginner Skate Class #1 (1 hour)Brand new to skating? This class will introduce you to all the basics: pushing, turning, and getting comfortable on the ramps in our awesome pop-up skate park!
10:15 am - 10:30 am: Mentoring Session Class #2 Registration: Get ready to take your skills to the next level with some one-on-one advice from our expert mentors!
10:30 am - 11:15 am: Mentoring Session Class #2 (45 minutes). This session is perfect for those just getting the hang of skating or the ramps. We’ll work on your fundamentals and make sure you’re ready for more challenges!
11:15 am - 11:30 am: Community "DROP IN" Session Registration: Take a breather, sign up for the drop-in session, and meet fellow skaters while you get ready for your next round!
11:30 am - 12:15 pm: Mentoring Session for Intermediate Skaters (45 mins)Ready to learn some tricks? This is your chance to work on advancing your skills, from ollies to kickflips, in the rad pop-up park!
12:15 pm - 12:30 pm: Hand out Certificates and stickers

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ
WAIVER FORM - Participants must complete our online waiver form here before they can skate. Please try to have this done before you get to the skatepark. THE WAIVER FORM IS NOT A TICKET.
* This is an outdoor event. Postponement and cancellation is subject to weather conditions and can happen anywhere from 48 hours to 2 hours before a workshop. We cannot skate in the rain or on wet grounds.
Equipment: Professional grade equipment; skateboard, helmet, and safety pads (optional) are provided for all classes. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment and get a free safety check by the pros!
