Join us for a thrilling day of CREATIVITY & SKATEBOARDING with our FREE SKATE ~ CREATE ~ EMPOWER program! For ages 9 to 17 years.
Get ready to unleash your artistic side and work with the Totem team to dream up your own personal design on your very own FREE Element complete Skateboard!
Light snacks and a drink will be provided to the program attendees by the Randwick City Council.
Food and drinks on offer - 11:30 am until 1:00 pm Vinnes food van will be offering sandwitches and tea and coffee.

🛹 Join us for an action-packed afternoon of Creativity & Skateboarding fun! 🎨
🕛 12:00 pm: It all starts with our OPEN EVENT! Come early to register and get ready for an exciting day ahead.
🎉 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm: Dive into the world of deck design with our CREATE Workshop - Deck Design: PART 1. Learn about concept design and get hands-on as you draw onto a skateboard template.
🎨 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm: In PART 2 of Deck Design, unleash your artistic flair as you paint your designs onto the boards.
🍎 1:45 pm - 2:00 pm: Short food break! Light snacks and a drink will be provided to the program attendees by the Randwick City Council.
🔨 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Gear up for the Skateboard Build workshop, where you'll learn how to assemble your own skateboard.
🚶🏼♀️ 2:30 pm - 2:45 pm: The program then moves to the Coral Sea Park basketball court(a 4-minute walk)to run our SKATE Workshop!
🤙 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm: Get ready to shred in our SKATE Workshop! From setting up your board to mastering the basics, our Learn to Skate class is perfect for beginners and seasoned skaters alike.
🌟 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm: Wrap up the day with some community interaction and maybe even make a few new skate buddies!

WAIVER FORM - Participants must complete our online waiver form here before they can skate. Please try to have this done before you get to the skatepark.

Spots are limited, and bookings are essential via our Eventbrite page.
* This is an outdoor event. Postponement and cancellation is subject to weather conditions and can happen anywhere from 48 hours to 2 hours before a workshop. We cannot skate in the rain or on wet grounds.
Equipment: Professional grade Skateboard, helmet, and safety pads (optional) are provided for all classes. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment.
